Hello everyone, my name is Cassandra (aka) Cassie Cass. Dancing has been a passion of mine since I was child and professionally, as a fitness instructor. I fell in love with teaching Zumba, doing so since 2010 in the Dallas area. My energy, creativity and love for dancing wouldn't allow me to limit myself to teaching one particular style of dance, so I decided to create my own dance cardio, Shake Body Dance Fitness. Shake Body Dance Fitness is a diverse dance workout that includes Hip-Hop, Salsa, Afrobeat, Merengue and Cumbia. Shake Body Dance Fitness is a high and low dance cardio, where the average calories burned range from 300-1000 calories per session.
