Every Wednesday I will mix up Chair Fitness with a little boot camp style. Chair exercises are physical activities that are performed while seated in a chair, such as a desk chair or wheelchair. They can be a good option for people with balance or mobility issues, or those who are recovering from an injury. Chair exercises can also help relieve pressure on the lower body for people who are in pain.
